Training Details |
Ruger is a 17 month old GSD who I have had since he was 2 months old. He is personal protection trained. Trained and detects on narcotics and also in training for tracking. I have worked with him since he was 9 weeks old and he gets worked 3 times a week when it comes to bite work and 5 times a week when we work on detection. He has only been trained on scent logic narcotics.
He started on hard surface tracking and now is on grass doing tracking VERY well
He is VERY child friendly and environmental sound. Slick floors and stairs do not bother this guy. He is on level 3 belgium sleeve, police jute sleeve and on a bite suite now.
He has incredible ball drive, hunt drive and will do anything for his ball/string or kong.
He has high obedience training as well.
He is NOT dog friendly when it comes to male dogs. He does love other female dogs or young male puppies (6 months and younger)
He is AKC registered, updated on all vaccines and still is intact
