Niko is a really, really nice puppy. He is drivey and smart, kind, good with other dogs, cats, children, used to horses, shows super handler-focus, and is all-around nice to have near you.
Excellent potential for SAR, IPO, or police. VERY good drive, loves to retrieve (naturally) and doesn't quit. He has shown this from 4 weeks on. He will retrieve anything of any material, stuffed toys, balls, tugs, chains, prong collars, brass snaps.
Niko is the product of a repeat breeding, so references are available as to the sport aptitude. I also see law enforcement potential in both Niko and his brother Noah, who I listed under "personal protection" as they are both young for LE. Niko loves a ball, tug, rag, ball on string, whatever. He isn't hectic, but shows calm focus that has been consistent since he was very small. He has always shown high aptitude for work/sport and never had one of those "off" periods that so many puppies go through.
Niko is not a dominant pup, but not a pushover, either. He is not looking for a fight. He's calm and confident in every situation I have seen him in thus far. Very adaptable, tractable puppy who could succeed just about anywhere. He is not an extreme pup, but he is strong in all the most practical areas.
