Training Details |
Java has a solid foundation in IPO.
Tracking: She tracks a schH2-schH3 size. Firm foundation of articles, smooth eased tracking technique. All that needs done to tighten up tracking is aging and removal of food. Tracked on dirt, mud, grass, corn stubble, sand, cross terrain, cross water filled ditches, and cross tracks.
Obedience: She is heeling with the occasional aid of food. Solid on walking sit and walking down. Quick recall, needs tightening on returning to front position. Quick retrieve on flat and jump. Very fast send away.
Protection: By far her strongest phase. Runs four blinds. Intense hold and bark. Semi-jumper. Protection is personal to her and she brings the fight. Outs on command. Takes stick hits without reaction. Courage test is fast and hard hitting. Difficult to catch due to her coming hard and square at helper.
She is sometimes sharp towards handler when she has her mind set against what the handler wants. Clear in the head. Has been around young children, but not suited for being alone with young children. Very dominate with other dogs. Feel free to ask any questions. |
