Training Details
Arc is a social male that is environmentally sound. He is sure footed and confident with heights, uneven; slippery/shiny floors, loud noise, and dark/tight spaces. He is comfortable working in high traffic areas, on and around luggage carousels, escalators, elevators, conveyor belts, and moving platforms. He is easy to handle but will need a handler who has prior experience and understands tendencies of the breed and working dogs in general. Arc has basic obedience and will out a ball or tug on command. He has nice ball drive and good hunt. Arc is crate trained and has clean kennel habits but can be housed indoors also. He is good around people and kids and rides well in a car. He will be imprinted on narcotics soon but until now has been left as a clean slate in the event a different detection discipline (ie; explosives, cadaver, etc) is desired. Arc is suitable for work as a single purpose police dog. He would also excel working in cargo screening, SAR, or security. He has the potential to be used as a dual purpose dog but would need some time to further his bite work. He is intelligent and learns fast. He bonds quickly and enjoys engaging with his handler.
